Please read carefully

Page is a website builder designed for UK tradespeople and sole traders, operated by Thunderhat ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Cheadle, Staffordshire, England.
By creating an account or using the Page platform ("the Service"), you ("you", "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
If you are using Page on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
02. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Service.
Please notify us immediately at hello@thunderhat.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
03. Subscription & Payment
Page is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is:
- Page — £5 per month

Subscriptions are billed in advance each month. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
04. Your Website & Content
You retain full ownership of the content you upload or create using Page, including text, images, and business information.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content on your Page website:
- Is accurate and not misleading.
- Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising standards.
- Does not contain material that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend your website if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it violates these terms or applicable law.
05. No Guarantee of Leads or Business Results
Important — Please Read
Page provides you with a website and the tools to present your business online. We do not guarantee that your website will generate any enquiries, leads, customers, bookings, or revenue.
The volume and quality of any enquiries you receive depends on many factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to: the competitiveness of your trade or local market, the quality and completeness of the content you add to your site, search engine algorithms, seasonal demand, your pricing, and general economic conditions.
By subscribing to Page, you acknowledge and agree that we make no representation, warranty, or promise — express or implied — that use of the Service will result in any particular level of business, traffic, visibility, or income.
We strongly encourage you to treat your Page website as one part of a broader marketing approach, which may include word-of-mouth referrals, social media, review platforms, and other channels.
Any case studies, testimonials, or examples of customers who have received enquiries through their Page website are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business.
06. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your business or services.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Violate any applicable UK or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this section.
07. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Page platform — including the software, design, templates, brand, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Thunderhat. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
00. Uptime & Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via email or in-app notification wherever reasonably possible.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unavailability of the Service, except where such unavailability is caused by our negligence or wilful default.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during that month.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, even if we were advised such losses might occur.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate backups of your content, or from content you have published on your website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that the subscription fee reflects the allocation of risk between us set out in these terms.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your website will be taken offline and your account data may be deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice.
- You fail to pay any sum due to us.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
On termination for any reason, you remain responsible for any charges accrued up to the termination date. We have no obligation to retain your data after your account is closed, though we may keep certain records as required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, giving you at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cancel your subscription before they take effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to rely on the law of the country in which you reside, to the extent that it affords you greater protection than these terms.
